The Renoperformer/NTYC.NET Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) has been formulated with the following goals in mind:

1. Ensure security, reliability and privacy of our systems and network, and the networks and systems of others
2. Avoid situations that may cause Renoperformer/NTYC.NET to incur civil liability
3. Maintain the image and reputation of Renoperformer/NTYC.NET as a responsible provider
4. Preserve the value of Internet resources as a conduit for free expression
5. Encourage the responsible use of net resources, discouraging practices, which degrade the usability of network resources and thus the value of Internet services
6. Preserve the privacy and security of individual users

1. Each Renoperformer/NTYC.NET account has a password, which is the key to gain access to the account. The customer who registered the account is solely responsible for all access and actions taken with regard to the account. It is the account owner's responsibility to safeguard the account password and to ensure that Renoperformer's/NTYC.NET Acceptable Use Policies are honored. Renoperforme/NTYC.NETr will hold the account owner responsible for any violations of the AUP. The individual who signed the contract is responsible for educating site users on acceptable use policies. Violations of the AUP by directly attached sites will be referred to the contract signer for resolution. The contract signer will be held responsible for any violations of the AUP.
2. Renoperformer/NTYC.NET enforces these policies with respect to Renoperformer/NTYC.NET customers only. We are not responsible for abusive actions, which originate from other sites or networks on the Internet.

1. Customers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of Renoperformer/NTYC.NET services, any material that is, in Renoperformer/NTYC.NET's sole discretion, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, hateful, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
2. Renoperformer/NTYC.NET's services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution, or storage of any information, data or material in violation of United States or state regulation or law, or by the common law, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any other statute. Renoperformer/NTYC.NET reserves the right to remove such illegal material from its servers.
3. New customers signing up for Renoperformer/NTYC.NET must be 18 years or older, or have a parent or legal guardian as Co-Signer in order to start an account.
4. The customer is responsible for keeping his billing data with Renoperformer/NTYC.NET up-to-date and accurate. Furnishing false data on the signup form or contract is grounds for immediate termination, and may subject the offender to civil or criminal liability.
5. Renoperformer/NTYC.NET reserves the right to disconnect service due to nonpayment of bill or insufficient funds.
6. The resale of Renoperformer/NTYC.NET products and services is not permitted, unless specifically permitted and documented in a separate written contract or agreement.

1. Customers may not attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account ("cracking"). This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the customer, logging into a server or account the customer is not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other networks (such as running a SATAN scan or similar tool). "Hacking" is illegal and is strictly prohibited.
2. Customers may not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network ("denial of service attacks"). This includes, but is not limited to, "flooding" of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to "crash" a host.
3. Customers may not use any kind of program/script/command, or send messages of any kind, designed to interfere with a user's terminal session, via any means, locally or by the Internet.
4. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. Renoperformer/NTYC.NET will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.

1. Harassment, whether through language, frequency, or size of messages, is prohibited.
2. Customers may not send email to any person who does not wish to receive it. If a recipient asks to stop receiving email, the customer must not send that person any further email.
3. Customers are explicitly prohibited from sending unsolicited bulk mail messages ("junk mail" or "Spam"). This includes, but is not limited to, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, informational announcements, and political tracts. Such material may only be sent to those who have explicitly requested it.
4. Malicious email, including but not limited to "mail bombing" (flooding a user or site with very large or numerous pieces of email), is prohibited.
5. Forging of header information is not permitted.
6. Renoperformer/NTYC.NET accounts or services may not be used to collect replies to messages sent from another Internet Service Provider, where those messages violate this Acceptable Use Policy or the Acceptable Use Policy of that other provider.
7. These rules also apply to Usenet, if available.

Renoperformer/NTYC.NET is not liable for any communications made on IRC.

You have contracted to have Renoperformer/NTYC.NET provide you service. The term of your service commitment begins the day your service is activated.

1. Initial "sign-up" - First 3 months MUST be pre-paid, and is non-refundable.
2. The billing period begins the day the account is created.
3. You are responsible for the account as long as it is active, whether or not it is being used.
4. All charges are billed and payable in advance. The period you are billed for is shown on your billing statement.
5. Your billing statement should arrive via e-mail 10-15 days before the due date, and is due and payable upon receipt, but not later than the expiration date of your account. It is your responsibility to keep your account current, even If e-mail bill does not arrive in your account mailbox.
6. Bills should be returned to the address listed on the statement.
7. Returned checks will result in a Twenty-Five-Dollar ($25.00) service charge and suspension of service.
8. We do require notice when canceling service either in writing or by telephone (not voice mail or email, please).

1. Charges for services are due and payable upon receipt.
2. A late fee for $5.00 may be assessed to accounts not paid in full, by the expiration date of the account.
3. If your account remains delinquent for 10 days, you will be disconnected.
4. To have your service reconnected you will have to pay a reconnect charge of $10 in addition to the account balance, and the next three months service fees. This late fee policy protects our current paying subscribers whom otherwise would be subsidizing increased costs caused by late paying customers.

1. Distribution of pornographic, indecent or any offensive materials are prohibited when using Personal Software Systems' web space.
2. Distribution of restricted software or materials in violation of copyrights or distribution licenses is prohibited.
3. Linking to any URL (internal or external) that contains software or materials in violation of copyrights or distribution licenses is prohibited.
4. Distribution of materials, which violate any local, state, or federal statutes, is also prohibited.
5. Use of any material without the owner's permission is considered a violation, and cause for service termination.

Renoperformer/NTYC.NET reserves the right to cancel any account, without notification, for any violation as noted above.  Renoperformer/NTYC.NET reserves the right to redirect any site in violation, to a web page describing reason for termination.

1. Since no monetary value is associated with a free account, there is no contract.  Your use of web services implies you will abide by the rules in this document.
2. Disputes are not recognized on Free Web Hosting accounts.
